The draft excluder provided was not what I had been lead to believe I was getting when Simon quoted. The skirting board didn't match and I would have preferred to have been asked if I was happy with a non-matching one before it was fitted. He also upgraded my patio which is lovely but now has an odd concrete edging to it, which again, I'd have preferred discussing before completing. He did, however, do other small jobs within the same budget which was excellent.
