we are a family run business with over 40 years of experience in the building trade. we specialise in traditional design and renovation work, interior and exterior including all areas of roofing work. Drone inspection surveys are also available if required. we have worked on a number of listed buildings over the years that have needed underpinning work carried out on them and new drainage systems installed. We are fully insured to carry out any building work requirements.

Terrible job on the roof. Took longer than expected and did not fix the problem. When asked to return a lot of different excuses were used.

Hi Mr Smith. We advised you to have the glass balustrades removed. This was the cause of the problem. possibly entering the property via the hidden upstands and balustrade fixings. After repeat visits to the property. You then decided to have the balustrades removed. You informed us that this would be done at the end of November. You then contacted us in January. This wasn't as convenient as I explained. We never heard back from you until now. Regards Alex

This is not true. I can copy and paste my messages from you in here if you want more details. You didn’t complete the job as first discussed and said you could fix the problem. You have disappearing messages on WhatsApp but I keep a record. You didn’t fix the roof and I paid.
