Jason was the first one to get in contact and within mins of posting the job. Offered a no obligation quote, came at the agreed time. Quoted for the one job, New fitting for washing machine connection. Seeing Jason's expertise, in the end had 3 Plumbing jobs completed at a decent price. Work was completed to perfection. Parts supplied and fitted. Jason has a great personality and was happy to provide advice on a future plumbing job of a larger scale. All in all job was advertised as & completed urgently.

Responded quickly to advert, agreed to do the advertised work but then didn't bother to turn up on agreed date, came up with poor excuse and left us in the lurch. Poor communication.
