They are not sub contractors they work for me and the measurement you gave me was short so all I asked was extra money for the extra materials witch you refused witch would of been a £50 I was willing to do the little bit more in labour for free as a good will gesture but you blatantly refused to pay for the extra materials and told us to leave unless I stick to the price I gave you over the phone admitting I was also £50 cheaper then the next quote

Don't lie. The measurements I gave you were correct, as your contractor told you on the phone. 5m x 5m was what you were told in the original job spec, which as you know can't be done by the just seven boards you sent your contractor with. It's mathematically impossible. Yes you gave the cheapest quote, but that's not surprising if you want to then reprice when you arrive, which is why your contractor was sent away. Total waste of my time.
