Quick response. Reasonable cost. Clear description of work with photos showing what the damage was when not able to see on the roof from the ground. Easy to deal with and speak to. quote for cost was broken down into what was necessary urgent and what was maintenance and good to do before further problems or the next storm, the choice was mine how much or little work I wanted done.
