James came today, did 3 jobs and sorted it in 90 minutes, great job, and very reasonable. Highly recommended. Thanks James????????????????

On reflection and having had time to reflect while the 2 jobs were completed I surveyed the working area later and realised cleaning up or even being prepared to was something that James could improve upon as wire, pieces of wood, discarded lighting rose left on top of my freezer was just a flavour- not to mention the outside light stopped working a day after, then did, then stopped again… and despite assurances he would be back sat or Sunday you guessed it no show…not be using again??????????

James gave us a quote the same day and was very reasonable. He was friendly and knowledgeable, carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Will use James again.

Work was carried out as requested but minor snagging issues not resolved. Invoice not detailed enough to rate for value for money.

Materials less than £30, time factor including fetching materials 3 hrs. Charged £200 with no VAT. Well overpriced. Also, the invoice when downloaded contained no address or landline number only a mobile no and e:mail.. which arouses large suspicions. Suggest a firm price before committing, obviously allowing for further work than quoted if needed.

Sorry to hear your not happy with our pricing Chris but we was working to a day rate taking into account travel the job was three hours plus a two hour travel time please take a 25% discount on any future works.
