Kevin was employed to lay a concrete floor in my living room. First thing that went wrong was Kevin underestimated the job and had to take chippings off my driveway to add to the concrete mix also he had to lend a bag of sand. He also asked for an extra 80 pounds for materials. He also left a mess which I am still cleaning up . The workmanship carried out is not to standard.

What a load of S...T . I give the customer a quote for 100mm insulation DPM and 100mm concrete .PLEASE LOOK AT THE QUOTATION I SENT YOU. The customer decided to take the existing wooden floor up themselves to save money. on turning up the floor was upto 300mm in places . the customer agreed so howcome i underestimated the job?we were short of material and i went to pick it up in my van. the £80 was for the extra material needed no extra labour was charged which should have been. what mess everything was

covered by plastic and washed down at the end of the job. if a customer isnt happy with any thing i will go back and rectify it.. how can you still be cleaning up over 2 weeks after the job which only took a day to do lol. There is no pleasing some . The customer should be happy i didnt charge extra labour for mixing the extra tonne of concrete that was needed
Floor Tiling
Kevin put floor tiles down in my kitchen & bathroom. He explained without asking what needed to be done which made me feel like he knew what he was doing & confident that the job would be a success. I couldn't be happier with the finished result. He was friendly & is someone who takes pride in their work! I would & will recommend.
