Karl was very prompt in responding to my query and to call round and view the job in person. He quickly understood what we wanted to do and was able to give me a written quote there and then. He started the job within a week of us giving him the work and turned up promptly when he said he would and with everything he needed to crack on with the job. He was well prepared with all covering sheets and cleaned up as the work progressed. He was very methodical in his work and did a very good job for us.
