Keystone replied immediately to a job I need doing (and still do!). I emailed them on 15/6/23 to sort out a visit for a quote - no reply to date. I texted them 20/6/23 to get in contact - no reply to date. Really frustrating as at today 23/6/23.

Originally gave this builder a 1 star rating as he hadn't come back to me after I sent details of the job. It turns out that it was an old email address on RP and the text number given on the RP screen is not actually that of the builder. Have moved to 3 star accordingly. Work was picked up by another builder after I re-advertised it.
Garden Wall
Fantastic job completed by Dan, would will be asking him to build a new wall around my driveway. Definitely recommend.
Home Improvements
Hired Keystone Builder SW (Daniel) to remove a chimney and chimney breast and an internal dividing structural wall. Daniel was very helpful in his advice on how to proceed with the project and did a wonderful job. His safety whilst doing the job was first class and his invoice came in right on the quote. Would defiantly recommend for similar work. He also has a network of colleagues for related work such as electricians, plumbers etc.
Garden Wall
Dan did a great job on repairing our front wall and building a new gatepost including helping me work out what would look best. He kept me updated on progress with the project and did the work within the estimated time and for the amount quoted. I was really pleased with the quality of Dan's work and have already asked him to quote for another job.
Landscaping
From the beginning with the quote to the end of the refurbishment of the garden Dan gave a high standard of customer service coming up with innovative ideas with nothing being to much trouble working through all weather conditions to get the job completed. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
