This turned out to be a challenging job for Tony at K M&D, but despite the awkwardness of it he was not to be beaten. After an unsuccessful first attempt to fix the problem, as soon as I called Tony to let him know, he immediately responded and returned to conquer. We are both delighted to tick this one off!
