Single storey extension including kitchen diner and separate utility room.Extensive reconfiguration of internal rooms and various electrical,joinery, plumbing and external landscaping From initial discussions to completion we were happy with the way things were conducted by Steve and all the lads working with him All work was priced separately and transparently so all parties knew exactly the costs involved All work was carried out to a very high standard and we would not hesitate to recommend Langan Dev

From start to finish, working with Steve has been an absolute pleasure. He is extremely proactive, reliable, and flexible. I felt confident and at ease from the moment I met him. The actual work progressed as promised, I had no concerns leaving them to get on with it. We had constructive conversations and he demonstrated a full understanding of our requirements and changes we asked for. In the end he built a bespoke shed and the results are fantastic. I would definitely work with Steve in the future.
