Leon was unable to fix the problem on first visit because the water pressure was too low. He was a bit slow to respond with a quote but when agreed he turned up on time and delivered an excellent solution.

Leon was extremely conciencious and went to a lot of trouble to try and repair my shower valve but when it became evident that he would need to replace it, he went to a lot of trouble particularly with replacing the travertine. He estimated the costs and there were no extras. I am very impressed with his work and care and trouble, I will certainly be using him again and I have already recommended him to two of my friends.

Excellent and quick service provided, he did not immediately assume certain parts needed changing like the other plumber assumed from British Gas which turns out did not need changing at all. He actually took the time to investigate the problem thoroughly before giving me a quote which was spot on. Explained everything clearly as to what the issues were and was very helpful. Having had bad experiences with plumbers in the past LFT plumbing will certainly be called again should I need anything done.
