Phoned half an hour after due to be here. Flue. Seemed ok day before but who am I to know? He could have called at time he was due. Save me going to the door for half an hour. Never called back once. I don't know what his quality was like.

i have the text i sent on my phone, it was sent at 6.58am so if it arrived later its hardly my fault, as i hoped you got job sorted asap and the job was needing done immediately i assumed you would get someone else. i recieved no reply from the text i sent, so i wouldn't contact a customer 2 to 6 weeks later when i had no response .
