I purchased a flat packed tv unit and the instructions were very brief and ended up a disaster. I received a response from my request for help from Ugur/Lotus and I am so happy with the excellent service and high level of skills he has and sorted my problem out in no time at all. I would highly recommend Lotus as they are a trusted and very professional company.

The plumber could not be more helpful as soon as he arrived he started to deal with the first issue O had after that desktop with issue number 2 and finally started to install new wash basin and did a brilliant job he charges were competitive
