Lukas provided an excellent service. He arrived on time, explained clearly what was required and gave me a quote - which was what I paid even though he did some additional work. He installed the extractor fans and fixed the shower and toilet without fuss. He was very tidy and polite. I would definitely use him again.

I should have been more demanding on what I wanted installed as Lukas has technically done what I asked but has not installed a vent useable for domestic use. As it is literally a hole in a wall which allows the wind to come straight into the house. In winter it will be awful and I won't be able to keep the room warm with a giant hole in the wall. I did mention to Lukas about what I am meant to do in winter and he told me I need to find a way to plug it up. So I paid £210 for a hole without a draft excluder

Lukas and his team did a fantastic job. Everyone was respectful and friendly and we very quickly felt very confident that we had found a really great tradesperson. So much so, that we asked Lukas to also replace our guttering and facsia's and put right our bathroom that had been ruined by another tradesmen. The results of everything Lukas has done for us have been to the highest quality and we are so delighted with the results we are going to ask Lukas to re-model and install a new kitchen. Highly recommend
