Wanted bath surround and shower tray re-siliconed. Also requested shower tiles to be re-grouted where necessary. Didn't bring any grouting, so used silicone instead which was not satisfactory and turned out to be a rough messy result. None of it was very professional

Started out really well and then went downhill. Changed the start date twice (second time the day before he was due to come and only when I asked for the time he was coming). On the day texted and said he had an emergency call out and then said his van broke down on his way to me. Communication wasn't great during this period of time and after 2 days where he didn't turn up I decided to find someone else. This then led to a two day wait to have my deposit refunded
