Painter and decorator

The Lyburn team did a great job a plastering and painting my small but awkward bathroom. Arben responded promptly to my calls, was happy to fit around our schedule, and completed the work at sensible price. His team alway arrived on time, courteous as they worked and cleaned up at the end of the day. We would defiantly call them in again.

Roofer

Arben was excellent. He and his colleague repaired my roof, which had various leaks due to flashing, mortar, and loose tile problems. They were both very professional, extremely tidy and so responsive to emails/texts. I would definitely recommend Lyburn!

Carpenter / Joiner

I cannot rate Arben and his team highly enough. They turned a quote around in 24 hours and then were prepared to start the following week. They were always extremely punctual, polite and courteous and the work they carried out is absolutely faultless. They went above and beyond the job we had asked them to do and we are enormously satisfied. I would highly recommend them and we will certainly be calling them back for any future work. Painter and decorator

We couldn't hold Lyburn in any higher regard.We had asked them for a painting quote, but we realised that we could entrust our 3 month renovation project to them as well.This included electrics, plumbing, plastering, joinery, new windows.Their attention to detail and precise work was even noticed by the other flats in our house. It was fantastic to work with people who wanted to deliver such high quality of work. No job was too hard for them, and they have a great team of skilled tradesmen working with them

Builder

Ben and his crew were hired to do the flooring but the job became something else!They helped with kitchen installation,incl.plumbing,electrics, tiling, painting etc. Reliable and friendly. Kitchen looks amazing and we were happy with few suggestions they made.One thing I would say is that the timeline given by Ben was extended for around 1week which we didn't plan. We felt hey were rushing to finish things off before the next job. I guess you can't always predict it! Overall really happy :)

Very pleased with the attitude and reliability, Think the quality of the job seems good but not an expert so giving 4 not 5 stars simply because of my lack of painting knowledge on what constitutes excellent. Would use again and definitely recommend value was hugely better than alternate quotes and scaffolding was up and down promptly.

Friendly and very reliable. Probably the best tradesmen I have ever dealt with. Arrived when they said they would and carried out the work to a very high standard. I asked them to do additional work as I saw how good they were. Highly recommended.
