Mark was critical throughout, which gave me confidence that he and his mate would do a thorough job. The job was complex because the brickwork above had dropped and cracked. There are galvanised rods set into the mortar and all cracked bricks replaced. The roof is now a rubber sheet which Mark recommends as apposed to fibre glass. 30 years guarantee. Waiting on paperwork. TJ Hilton

Mark is excellent turned up when he said he would got on with the job. Even did bits that I hadn't asked him to do at no extra cost, cleaned up afterwards and took all the rubbish with him. Will definitely use mark again.

Mark was very thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable and carried out all works as quoted with good communication. All spoil was carried away and the place left tidy. The job looks great and expecting many trouble free years for the flat roofs. Would recommend. Thanks Mark

Mark turned up on time to quote for the job and provided quote same day. The work was done in less time than I expected and he provided photos before and after so I could see what needed doing and what he’d done. Price was exactly as quoted too. Would definitely recommend him and he’s a sound down to earth bloke as well.

Lucy Meredith's question
Sun 11 Feb 2018 15:53pm

I’ve had 3 sides of my semi detached house scaffolded already. I’m having a dormer loft conversion. The roof is ready to be taken off now and I just don’t know whether to fork out a further £2500 to get the temporary roof scaffold on. Can anyone give recommendations, past experience, words of advice please? Trying to do the build on a budget. Many thanks

well to dear just for scaffold, good joiners will have the dormer built in a day an made water tight same day. an on the same day the roofers should of stripped an felted an battan the rest of the roof
