Mark and Steve arrived as agreed to quote on a leaking roof. They explained what was wrong with our roof and agreed to commence the repair job same day, which is unbelievable and amazing. Highly recommend M&S Construction. What I liked the most was they were keeping me updated on every aspect of the job and proving photos of the work they were commencing. Very happy customer!! Finished product looks great. Very pleased!

Mark and Steve turned up as promised to assess the job and agreed a price. We discussed what needed to be done and Mark identified some broken tiles that needed replacing and vegetation around the chimney stack that needed removing. On the day agreed for the job they turned up early (8:30) and got the job done quickly and efficiently. On completion Mark showed me before and after photographs of the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Less than two days after discovering the light leak through our roof ridge tiles Mark and Steve had inspected, diagnosed the problem, quoted and done all the repairs. They kept me informed of progress at every stage and I can’t recommend M&S Construction highly enough, a first class service.

Good communication throughout. Thorough inspection before quote. Competitive quote. Good results. Nice to have photos of before and after. I didn't even have to be in for the work to be done.

Excellent. Did a great job after me previously hiring someone who was a load of crap. My job was a bit awkward for them but they came and sorted it no problem. I would definitely use then again and definitely recommend them. Top fellas. ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

Really pleased with service from Mark and Steve. Came when arranged, explained job from start to finish, timescale and price. They took pictures so we could see the before during and after. When they finished they cleaned up. Happy to say no more leaking roof. Would happily recommend.

He contacted me to arrange a viewing. When he rang back it turned out that he had viewed the wrong house. He told me he would go back to view the right house and would contact me again. I never heard from him again.

Would highly recommend Mark and his team. They were open and honest, took photographs of the job at every stage and kept me informed. Even when the wind blew rubber coating over the front of the house Mark was very professional and spent a whole day cleaning it off. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had 3 sides of my semi detached house scaffolded already. I’m having a dormer loft conversion. The roof is ready to be taken off now and I just don’t know whether to fork out a further £2500 to get the temporary roof scaffold on. Can anyone give recommendations, past experience, words of advice please? Trying to do the build on a budget. Many thanks

well to dear just for scaffold, good joiners will have the dormer built in a day an made water tight same day. an on the same day the roofers should of stripped an felted an battan the rest of the roof
