Damp Proofing
Quick, respectful & clean. I was a little bit reluctant as my partner was away and i have very young children but Matthew was so lovely and litrally moved everything and made sure they were put back. I didnt have to lift a finger he even mopped my kitchen floor after. I would 100% recommend.
Timber Preservation, Woodworm & Rot
Matthew came out recently and did some timber treatments for me he did a fantastic job and the price was really competitive,I'm really pleased with the overall job and would definitely recommend him, his work his very clean and tidy and he is very professional.
Damp Proofing
i got a realy good price of matthew at mp preservation and decided to go ahead with the work, im glad I did because the work was outstanding and left a realy clean job after, which I received a insurance back guarantee, would highly recommend to everyone who needs work doing.

As yet original job not completed Very disappointed with extra charges and attitude when another job arranged and agreed on site went wrong As I suffer from PTSD I was unable to carry out the work myself however now wished I had as I feel very let down and stressed. I used this company as they came with 5 star rating however on my experience and in my opinion I would award 2 stars In conclusion some work was done to a high standard by Matty and Mel but my complaints were met with total distain.

The fact of the matter is that the customer was offensive and abusive throughout the job meaning members of the team could not and were not prepared to work on site alone. The customer continued to ask for both work to be carried out free of charge and materials to be provided free of charge..

The customer emailed to say that he was happy with the work and yet to this point has not payed his bill. Unfortunately we tried to help someone and it blew up in our face. You should be ashamed of yourself mr Blenkiron!

I would also like to add that mr Blenkiron has asked members of the team to price up additional work at the house, of course they have refused due to his appalling behaviour and refusal to pay his bills. I can only hope that any other tradesmen working at the property are a little less trusting than we were and ask for payment upfront as Mr Blenkiron is not trustworthy.
