Septic Tanks - Installation / Emptying / Cleaning
Installed septic tank less than a year ago. Installation not up to standard, tank faulty. Tradesman now ignoring messages, blocking all form of contact refusing to give information of product installed. Wanted cash payment with no invoice or receipt.

Septic tank was installed over a year and a half ago. We have since site visited and further building works seem to have happened since the tank was installed, which as we have told the customer, we believe has caused ground movement resulting in the tank imploding. We have sent relevant information to the customer as requested. Our previous ratings and Rated People history speak for themselves.

No building work has happened since the tank was installed it’s exactly as you left it. If it’s because of ground movement then surely your experience should have meant you’d know this before installing it. I’ve asked for further information and you’ve blocked my number on all methods of contact. The information you have given me is invalid. Also no receipt given after building work completed and paid for even though I’ve been asking for it and have proof of all contact since the day you installed it.

Still waiting on receipts of payment from the cash payment and bank transfer into your “friends” bank account to avoid going into your own and further manufacturers details to confirm the tank was installed correctly because having had another drainage specialist look and tell us this type of septic tank shouldn’t have been fitted in the first place.

Spoken to manufacturer of septic tank. Shown them videos and photos. They have said tradesman installed incorrectly. DO NOT USE!

Very topsy turvy ride mostly due to the fact they tried to increase price after fixed price was agreed.

Mannix did an excellent job in re-routing my drainage system to the right foul chamber and in moving and replacing the manhole. The work was value for money too. I would thoroughly recommend him to others to sort any drainage issues.
