had arranged to come at 9.30 0n tues to clear up leaves in front garden it had rained alot overnight and so i told her id come later when it dried up i txted her at 9.40 with this message on the day so 10 mins after start time now she has to say im unreliable and dont communicate she replied at 9.42am to say to tell her in advance of next suitable day and time at 22.31 she replied wih saying im not the right person to work with her on her garden saying good luck and goodbye then left the above feedback
