Mark built two brick piers, initially they looked fine. Came back from nights and put a level on them. Miles out of plumb (15mm). Perps all over the place , Mark doesn't want to come back and defend his work as he states its fine. He said everything built has a tolerance, to be fair this is correct. This tolerance is NOT 15mm out of plumb in a 1.5mtr pillar on two elevations, erratic perps and one with a twist though. Reliable, a fair rate but poor standard of brickwork. over to you Mark for your excuses.

no excuse i did job and everything was fine he paid me and said what a fantastic job id done and I checked plumb and was fine even shown him on day his wife even commented on how well they looked and people walked past and said they looked great never had problems like this I must say this man has had a lot of different people working for him and none been any good I must warn trades men to stay away as builder always made to look in wrong never refuse to put wright anything but when the job is fine ok

What a load of tosh. You cant put it right, it needs knocking down. The only people who have worked on this house are a plumber and plasterer in the hall. The plasterer will get repeat work when i need him. The plumber does all my plumbing and gas needs. Tradesmen are welcome Mark, that excludes you as your a chancer mate. Advising people to stay away, you've got a nerve !.

Overall we thought Mark did an excellent job, value for money, we felt that some of his finishing off work let him down . We would consider using Mark again.

I submitted a "report" yesterday, and since then two more requests for feedback. We found Mark to be really good, hard working and reliable, the job was fine , but we were unhappy with some of his finifhing off work , otherwise we would recomend him.

Patio and Dwarf wall built last year and the concrete used for the patio started to break up and the Flags have become loose and dangerous. Contacted Mark several times to come back to resolve the issue and he keeps making excuses and I have just rung him and he hung up when I asked when he could fix the issue. not happy and a complete waste of £550 I recommend not using this builder at all!

did the job over 12 months ago they called me up and said there were a couple of flags come lose coulkd i come and take a look ok i said organise a day to go round got sand and cement drove up ther and they couldnt be bothered to unlock the gate so i couldnt get in then said tyhe next day oh can u come 1 evening i said i will get there when im not to busy as usual its allways the builders fault not
