Cat Flap - Installation
Martin was excellent. He turned up bang on time, talked to us about what the job entailed (I’ve been a bit nervous about putting a big hole in the wall for the cat flap!) and then proceeded to complete the job brilliantly. We will definitely be asking Martin to help us with other work at our home.

Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Martin came out on a Sunday and worked until solved the leak under my bath which was coming through kitchen ceiling. He was very friendly and although the leak was in a tricky position he was determined to fix it. I would use him in the future as came out very quickly even though it was a Sunday and stayed until he was certain leak fixed. Thank you Martin
Bathroom Installation
Martin, installed a new shower enclosure and tray after removing the old one. He was very untidy in his work. The shower door fell off only a week after the job was completed and when I complained he said he would refund some of the money I paid him but he never did. I was very disappointed with his work. I wouldn’t use him again and would not refer him to anyone.
Wooden Doors - External
This was to fit an oak front door including a new oak frame. Plus side - he responded well to texts whilst I was sourcing the frame. Minus - he came late on the day so it got dark. He gouged the frame and door, did not fit it straight, so there is a gap where the wind blows through and I am having to get someone else to fix it, probably with a new frame. Where the latch closes, it catches the wall and has removed the paper, because he did not set it back far enough. Did not respond or return to fix it.
