Mark is an excellent tradesaman. I needed a CCTV system that I had bought myself installing. Mark's quote for the job was very competitive. I had other quotes that were double Mark's quote!! The job was started at the agreed time and completed with timely efficiency. All waste was cleared from the site. I have no hesitation in using / recommending Mark's services again.

I asked that the direct feed for my hob in the kitchen be moved - MSD told me that I did not need to move it, only install a new double socket. This is incorrect as a normal 13 amp plug isnt enough for my hob, which uses approx 20 amps. Someone else noticed this before I installed the rest of my kitchen luckily.

I would just like to say i have been with rated people for over 12 months and have never had any negative feedback. This was just a misunderstanding and i told the customer i would be happy to rectify the problem. Instead he decided to get his father to carry out the rest of the work. We then agreed on a suitable reduction in price .
