Matt was extremely friendly, professional and went out of his way to fully and transparently explain the issue with our boiler as well as the solution. He fixed the problem (a janky pump that was failing to push hot water into the system) on the spot with a replacement, and at a reasonable price. We look forward to enjoying a warm winter!
