Missed his first appointment, he only realised when we called to check where he was. When he did come to do the work he was quick, tidy and was about to fit exactly what we wanted. He did reduce the price for the no show.

Made two appointments, cancelled one and didn't turn up for the second. Wont be arranging a third appointment.

Hi Emma, I apologie you are upset with this, the first appointment was due to a double booking which I explained and we rescheduled. Unfortunately today my phone went flat that had your number and address on it so could not contact you. Apologies again as you can see from my feedback here and on my builder I very rarely let a customer down.
