I made a very last minute booking with Neville to do some general garden tidying. I was very impressed with Neville's communication throughout the work, I was away and it was very important to me to be kept updated on progress. He did this very effectively over the phone and via picture messages. The work done was carried out to a very good standard and within the timescale and price that was quoted. Neville was extremely courteous, reliable and conscientious. He spotted the problem with my roof immediately and arranged for a professional roofer to do the job, acting as an intermediary and quality controller. We made a list together of all the other smaller jobs that needed doing and he completed them tidily and efficiently. I am very happy with the quality of the work, the service that Neville provided and the price he estimated was about what all the jobs cost.

    Then the other trades.apply for refund.but 90% of time it falls thru.

We have a small amount of mould in a bedroom. The affect area is where a divan bed is against the wall. The other side of the wall that's been affected is the exterior. I would like to know if having divan beds makes mould more likely and which tradesman should I use to remove the mould and repaint the wall.

    Hi Megan. Firs of all divan beds would not encouraged mould growth. Mould growth is usually lack of ventilation. Is it on the coldest wall.or near window.wall.? As to what trades man to use.builder. Damp proofing expert. Where about.are you.we cover this work.but where in anglesey.north wales. Thank you.
