Eno and his wife were lovely and hardworking. They left the place immaculate. Having recently moved into a property that the previous owners had not cleaned for a while, I needed help, quick as I couldn’t do it on my own, couldn’t bare the dirt looking at me, and whilst it wasn’t filthy, the job that NeatFix did, made me think it was gross before as it looked so different when they finished.
I am so happy for a sterling job they did, worked every room thoroughly.

Overall incredibly satisfied with the service. Really quick to respond, did what we agreed on time and within boundaries of estimate. Cleaning was of excellent quality and would most definitely use again

Eno and his colleague were there 20 mn before the agreed time. I left them in a fairly dusty house as the building work ended just a few days before. When I came back in the evening i immediately noticed the difference in every room . It finally feels like home !
I certainly recommend Neatfix for their professionalism and competitiveness

At the hand over of keys, the estate agent said it clearly wasn't cleaned to professional standards, your price was very good, perhaps charge more but offer a more thorough service overall.
Phone mannerisms were terrible, you've really got to improve on it, many other people would of been put off.
Not a terrible company at all, but I wouldn't use you again.

Eno is a nice enough guy, but lacks the required attention to detail to really do an amazing job of a deep clean. I would recommend him if you just need some dusting, sweeping and hoovering, but not if you want a proper deep clean. He estimated the job would take 3 hours and it took almost 6 hours. Within the 6 hours, the cooker hadn't been cleaned properly, the dirt in the corners in the bathroom hadn't been touched and the fridge wasn't done. I was disappointed.
Giving 6 hrs rather than 3 hrs to your job is evident enough of attention to detail! Both external/internal areas of cooker were cleaned. Area in question was inaccessible & was not our job to dismantle the cooker's door!! Tiles were cleaned, shower heads polished of lime scale & floor mopped. Checklist/ T&C sent to client clearly stated that fridge can only be cleaned if it had been switched off hours before to allow for all ice/frost to melt......

My review of your work was fair and honest. I could have been much more critical. My partner said I shouldn't have paid you at all, but I'm not that type of person. Sometimes if someone gives you some constructive feedback, as I did, try to just take it on the chin rather than being defensive and trying to justify it. Unfortunately now I have to give greater detail on what happened, which will reflect much more poorly on you. The phrase “The customer is always right” should be always in your mind.

The kitchen work surface had tiny spatters of white paint on it from where we had decorated. It was water soluble paint, which requires wetting and some pressure to be applied to it. You just left them though until we pointed them out at the end. Then you made some excuses about why it was difficult.
