Setting up the appointment was simple and Lisa was brilliantly helpful in letting us know what services were available and what would be appropriate. The communication was excellent. On the day of the cleaning Sidi worked conscientiously talking through the process and bringing anything of note to our attention and tidying as he went. The work was completed to an great standard and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending New Heights!
