Pat phoned immediately and offered a good price and called the next day at the arranged time. He was polite and friendly and informative and kept me advised at all times. He seemed hard-working and conscientious and I can see no reason why he would not have done a good job although the problem was in one of the eaves which I am unable to reach to check his workmanship in detail.
