Fraser called first thing on Monday after i'd posted the job over the weekend - he was able to come immediately and sort out the alarm at my new house after I'd set it off - this included reconnecting,reprogramming and showing me how to use it from day to day,all within an hour - very pleased with all aspects of the job,thanks Fraser!
