Luke responded within 10 mins. As he was in the area he popped over a couple of hours later. He found the issues and repaired the chimney which was causing water ingress, there and then.I cannot fault him. I have been waiting for 2 months from other local roofers, some came, told me the issue, to never be seen again or they didn't come back as promised. What a difference dealing with Luke. I will not hesitate to make Luke my first port of call for any roofing or any other work I require. Highly recommend
