Review edited because upon inspection of my kitchen, which i paid to be sterile deep cleaned, it did not meet this standard. Many surfaces were visibly overlooked, which is dangerous to my health. Very disappointed, and my health has been damaged as a result of having to do it all again myself. Good for oven cleaning but not as thorough as needed. Should not be advertised as sterile

The kitchen was inspected by the customer and was happy to approve the work as per customers primary review. We have not received any communication about this at all. The Clean was the same standard done for our MS patients who have no immune systems at all. Also, we have a family member who is coeliac and member of the Manchester society.

It’s must be remembered that once you walk in any cleaned room it’s no longer sterile, You must continually clean surfaces 24/7. Illness usually occurs during food cross contamination with ingredients and utensils not the kitchen. There was no utensils in the kitchen so the customer has brought there own and not treated them.

did not bring anything into kitchen as stated on the phone to Sean. have not moved in yet and haven't been back to the house or into the room since he left it. the ovens and appliances were well done, sadly i can only speak to what i found on thorough inspection. received a call after updating, sadly no resolution and the call and response on here has made me very uncomfortable. overall still decent value for money for the oven cleaning, but i will not be using them again due to the response to feedback.

Unfortunately no communication was received by the office of any discrepancy. Customer inspected the work before we left the premises. Rang the customer as soon as we saw feedback and said why didn’t they call us ? We would have gone straight back out as we care about our clients. Hence the phone call by us to see what was wrong. If we can be of any more assistance don’t hesitate to call.

customer inspected ovens fridge and counter tops, on which there was some visible debris left by staff that customer did not think it worth quibbling over due to the assured sterility of the work provided. this is not the case. no actual offer of any kind of resolution was made to the customer during the phone call. the continued argumentative nature of the discourse is uncomfortable and unnecessary. please desist.
