I completed all work required except for the towel radiator as customer ordered wrong one and couldn't be delivered until 2 weeks later, i offered to return to fit then. Within the specified 5 i worked on this project i was told throughout that my work was good. Items needed to decorate i had to purchase on the final day as customer hadn't purchased ( Fit only job ). When the final day arrived some points were brought up and i offered to rectify all when radiator arrived, then within 2 days threatening phone calls and told work had been repaired by another worker. All tasks undertaken by myself have been photographed and i was more than willing to rectify any issues with customer, but they chose to use another. I couldn't have done more to appease, i am sorry that this customer was unhappy but i have many more extremely happy clients. I hope they have thier nice cloakroom now.
