I would suggest you find a tradesman with some customer service and aftercare skills . I spent a lot of money with him and he promised to rectify a problem for me , but only if my neighbour had work done with him also ,I am left having to find another tradesman to put the job right ! Tom can turn nasty once he has done the job and is unwilling to put problems right unless it suits him or you find him more work ! I am in shock at how nasty Tom can be , once he has your money he does not care !
