Cant recommend Phil enough - did our hall stairs landing and downstairs cloakroom to a high standard including plastering some tricky ceilings to remove old artex. Prompt , remarkably fast and very high quality, tidy decorator with great attention to detail. So impressed we have agreed some more work and passed his contact details to a friend who is looking for 2 bedrooms and an on suite!
