Garage Conversion
Very considerate, excellent workmanship, willing to offer sage advice. Other trades people engaged by Pete also very polite and highly competent. The job did run over the expected duration however Pete kept us informed as he progressed. Using Pete for the next job on the house is a no-brainer.

From Introduction, the Clients Idea / concept of the garage conversion to room and en-suite was then designed between us, the layout of the en-suite with it's enclosed pipe runs and conventional sewerage. A secret flush access for the existing gas and electric meters in the room also designed. So leaving very little evidence, if any that it was ever a garage inside or out. The new Tiler on the job for the en-suite received compliments that were justified. Happy days, cheers Jonathan.
House Extension
Pete was excellent from start to finish.We had him in to demolish our outhouses and build an extension on the end of the kitchen.We're very very pleased with the finished job.The price was within the budget we had with added costs only for things we asked to be done extra to the original spec,also at an affordable price.All in all a great tradesman and a pleasure to have working in our house for 2 months .

Adam and Louis were good people to work for. Once an extension is built the 'breakthrough' is carried out and then more often the case the adjoining room is revamped. In this case, the kitchen... the heart of the home, was gutted, the gas moved and electrics rewired , walls and ceiling re plastered, ready for the kitchen fitter. The family lived through the process with complete calm and normality, complacent not once, really cool. My thanks to them, who were, from start to finish, Professional clients!

Pete was the only respondent to our urgent request for a Builder to install a downstairs toilet in our house. How lucky we were! His workmanship and that of other tradesmen needed to complete the project was excellent. A good timekeeper who listened and advised us on the design of our project. Would recommend Pete to anyone needing a class job. Col. LE19 3EW

Cloakroom toilets are a great addition, which require carefull design to get just right. From start to finish in a fortnight and with the clients design input as well , we did just that ...teamwork, works ! Great people to work for.. long live Coldina !

Pete quoted us on converting a garage into a kennel and a large bathroom changed into a utility & shower room...the workmanship in the kennel was fine which is why we allowed him to do the job inside, we have un level poor quality tiling, lack of and in some areas too much grouting ,utility sink tap splatters water everywhere, the job cost us over £6000 and now we will have to pay £100's more to put the tiling right so we can achieve the finish we first wanted, wish photos could be added to show the work!
