Phoenix was started in 2010 by Charlie O’Shaughnessy to provide a platform to carry out small repairs and general maintenance. It soon encompassed a full range of building services to architects, designers and end users. We have the complete range of skills to manage, groundwork’s, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, decorating and all electrical and mechanical services.
We provide a personal approach to each of our projects whatever its size, from concept, through design and onto delivery. We work tirelessly to ensure that all our clients’ needs are met and that they would have no hesitation recommending us in the future.
Our open book approaching to quoting ensures that there are no hidden costs.

I had a total renovation throughout my flat including a new Kitchen and Bathroom fitting. I found Charlie to be excellent, always answered the phone and always was on site when we arranged to meet. Any problems or questions were dealt with speedily. The men on site were very hard working, always on time and worked hard to a very high quality. Also very happy to discuss options and adapt as we went through. Very pleased with my new home!

Complete Kitchen Refurbishment
We chose Phoenix Building Services to install a new kitchen. The preliminary work involved removing an old pantry unit, upgrading and reconfiguring electrics. Some surprises were found once work began and every option was explained clearly. The crew arrived promptly at 8 each morning and worked solidly every day, and despite delays with the delivery from the kitchen company, the project was still completed on schedule. The few small snags were completed quickly and with no fuss. We would thoroughly recommend Phoenix
