Pipes started leaking after a week and then didn't show up for other work agreed When I called to explain the issue he just hung up

Roman did call and apologise and offered to fix the issue. And explained the reason he was unobtainable. Which I am satisfied with

Roman was very reliable, arranged a time to start the work and arrived promptly! We hit an issue with the replacement toilet I had purchased but Roman was forthcoming with alternatives. All in all I am very pleased with the quality of work too and would not hesitate recommending Roman as a quality tradesman. I will be using him again if I need any further work to be done.
