Over charged. Only invoiced for half the paid amount, no receipt or invoice for total paid. Outsourced workman. One day job turned into 3. Late arrival from agreed start, early finishes. Tap installed was not secure, had to get the tap fitted professionally at additional cost. Tiles and grouting have all cracked just months after laid. Would never recommend. Would not offer a refund or further remedial work to resolve.

Not true. One day job turned into a 3 day job because your floor was rotten from a previous leak. Why didn't you call me about the tap ? With regards to the tiles and grout cracking.You were advised that the whole floor should be replaced. You were also advised of how the whole job should of been carried out. You were unwilling to pay for the standard of finish required. Hence you are experiencing problems. The guy was working for me. I suspect you do this kind of thing to other tradesman.
Bathroom Installation
I did not have option of not giving a star. Will be last person who I would call for a trade. - Thoroughly unprofessional - Left without completing the work - I was quoted a price for job and if their were unexpected cost, due to their faults its something which was his job to fix. - Has not done - Delayed delivery. Was told 2 weeks to complete the job more then 4 weeks taken for a unfinished, untidy job. Not worth hiring.
