Although prompt with their initial visit and quotation, the follow-up was poor in terms of fixing the price and agreeing a date for the work to start. I decided not to proceed with this company after they cancelled a meeting at the last moment.

To anyone reading this lovely review. This chap thinks me being a support swimmer for my friend swimming the English channel today is an unreasonable request to push a meeting to later in the week. That and his reluctance to pay a deposit invoice… Beware tradesman!

No confirmed start date for work, no finally agreed schedule of work, no final price, meeting postponed at virtually no notice for the length of a working week despite being requested and scheduled by the contractor a few days earlier. Would you pay a circa 50% deposit (several thousand pounds) on this basis? This contractor wants to do things to suit his convenience, which is fair enough, but this is not so great from a customer perspective.

Peter thinks materials are freely available in the current climate. No deposit no work, all tradesman work on a first come first serve basis. Thanks for your time peter, good luck with your project.
Garden Design
Completely transformed our garden in 4 days. Great communication before the job and the quote was clear and simple. Friendly bunch of lads who worked incredibly hard. Would highly recommend. As they finished just before Easter, my 5 year old was so happy with what they had done that she made them a card and gave them all Easter bunnies - all her idea! She spends most of her time playing in the garden. Thanks to Stuart and his team for a brilliant job.

I’ve never worked for this client. I simply provided a quotation!! And she received a fully detailed quotation ensuring there are no hidden costs!! Just cause you can’t afford a professional service doesn’t mean you can give a bad review!!

The reply was not on rating of job, but on price. It did not specify how long the visit was for the price. Also, in the winter months when there was no grass cutting to be done, the extras could have been in that time. Did that include one man or more? Also it wasn't the fact that I could not afford it, I just did not know how long a visit was?

So instead of asking questions you think it’s acceptable to give a bad review!! I would suggest you get some counselling you clearly have mental issues!! A sane person would ask questions!! I can now see why your current gardeners are so unreliable!!

I sent you a reply bit it evidently did not get through, don't know why. As I said previously the rating was not on your work but the quote., I did say the reason was, I would have thought you would have come back with answers instead of making the remarks about me.
