Unfortunately after an initial good start Paul decided to break his agreement on price for the complete job and wanted more money to complete leaving us with with two rooms unfinished. During the first few weeks agreed additional costs for additional work and have an email trail of the agreement. Even though Paul agreed to pull off the job for a couple of weeks while the delayed building work was completed when he returned he demanded more money to complete the job. None of snags have been sorted either.

There' we're building works that we're carried out which I was not informed of pre start of job. These caused severe delays to my work progress I tried to be flexible on 3 occasions but works were still causing delays . My future work schedule was affected I believed it fair to ask for compensation for future loss of earnings. Customer was reluctant to compromise we couldn't agree any compensation so I worked up to remainder of budget which we did agree so I believe comments and rating are unfair.

Paul's new comments fail to highlight that I paid hime more money to do additonal work while the other trades completed their work. He agreed to leave the job and return to complete the work he quoted for - I was up agianst a deadline as our new baby arrived on 1st Nov hence my anger when he started asking for more money to finish the job I had already paid him for. I now have an incomplete job with a lack of materials (that I paid for) to complete the remaining work.

Having come across Paul recently, needing to do a high quality job in a 2 bed apartment in Chelsea,I was so pleased to had met him,he was very easy to deal with, punctual, very knowledgeable and knew his business to perfection, delivered the job as expected, quality throughout and knew exactly what was needed to finish the tasks on time.I would highly recommend Paul as a reliable professional who knew a thing or two extra about his business,I'll be looking forward to use Paul's services again in the future.

Paul was very efficient and hardworking. Other tradesmen I have used before seem to take their time and seem to create a mess in my house however not this time, very tidy and never got in the way. I definitely will be using Plc decorators again for any future jobs.
External Wall Painting
Reliable and professional. PLC Decorators completed the work to a high standard and are trustworthy.

Paul did an excellent job, I'm delighted. As a decorator he's very precise and diligent, neat and tidy, takes obvious pride in his work, and he's quick - 3.5 rooms in just over a week. He identified a massive hole in one of the walls, and just patched it up with no drama. On a personal level he's charming and reliable, and understands that decorating can be quite disruptive, so kept mess and fuss to a minimum. I'll definitely use him again, and recommend him thoroughly.
