Job never went ahead as planned, but Arthur was first class in speed of response, dilgence in understanding the work by asking all right questions, and speed of submitting formal quotation. Further, he was polite, patient and friendly, in as far as we were able to go Arthur was a true gentleman to do business with, and I certainly hope to employ his services in the future.
