This tradesman did not turn up for first appointment, next day he phoned with a cock and bull story about his partner being ill. He made another appointment which he turned up late for, gave a verbal estimate for the work which we accepted. He did not follow this up in writing. He made arrangements to carry out the work but half an hour before he was supposed to arrive he sent a text saying he was delayed and was going for parts. I phoned to cancel him as felt he was unreliable

I accept the fact that i was running late that day but resent the cock and bull story as mentioned as my partner is now permanently disabled through suffering a stroke plus maybe just as well as these type of acid tongued customers are nothing but trouble.Avoid this type of woman.
Power Showers and Pump
Peter from PMC electrics was knowledgable and reliable. There was actually no need for a replacement shower as he reconnected the existing one which a previous plumber advised me was not working. A very trustworthy tradesman which I would definately use again.
