Driveway pavers

Paul from PRC reached out to me very soon after I posted a job for some replacement guttering. He was professional, prompt and reliable to deal with. The standard of Lee’s work on the guttering was really good and gave me some honest feedback on what I should do with my kitchen to save money as opposed to trying to get as much money from me as possible. I was so happy with the service that I then got Lee to do my front paving which was a fair price and finished to a really good level.

Gardener / Landscape gardeners

The team were asked to replace a shed and decking .The guys came in early and cracked on straight away. They managed to resolve an issue with a new shed and put down some great decking. Left the garden tidy .The price was very fair and I would strongly recommend.

Builder

Great experience and Paul and his team were fantastic to work with. For a month or so they all felt like extended members of the family. They were all incredibly trustworthy, honest and reliable. We were on a tight budget and what we ended up with blew our minds. Highly recommend and we are saving up for the next project we want him to do.

Paul was very professional and patient with me as I was unsure what I wanted. Offered good advice and good service. I couldn't be happier with my new garden. Have recommended him to friends and will definitely use his services again.

Gardener / Landscape gardeners

Paul phoned immediately and was happy with the price I requested. A workman turned up exactly on time the next day to start work. The job was carried out as requested and even when there were issues with an existing wall, we found a suitable workaround. The job is now complete and I'm really pleased with the end result. I will definitely use PRC & Sons builders again. Next job, new office in my back garden.

Handyman

Paul was extremely helpful, so impressed (and I don't often say that about builders due to previous experiences!) Honest, easy to communicate with and fixed my problem on the spot with a sensible and practical solution, can't thank him enough! Will definitely be calling Paul and his team back when we are ready to convert our loft. Thank you again

Hi. Can someone advise on the cost and timescales to repoint the exterior walls at front and back of a 3 storey Victorian terraced house in north London?

It would be hard to quote without seeing but scaffolding plus netting ( to keep dust down ) in a 3 storey house £3-4000 Pointing including removal of existing £170 per meter Hope that helps

Hi. It all depends on the type of pointing required I would imagine on a Victorian property in north London it’ll be weather struck Weather permitting I would estimate to remove old pointing and repoint 3 weeks

Which is the best pipes to use fir central heating and cold water and hot water? Is it plastic tube pipes or copper pipes?

  • Paul Coates's Answer
    Fri 12 Oct 2018 19:13pm

Both will be absolutely fine. We tend to use plastic in areas that aren’t seen and connect using copper in areas that are seen
