Iain was responsive right from the beginning. Iain's colleague, Ronnie undertook his own CCTV drainage survey for the quote (which turned out to be very reasonable). Ronnie was informative and friendly, and there was no hard sell on other services/repairs. Ronnie identified blockages in the pipe and unblocked them without any additional charge (even when he came to provide a free quote). Ronnie was extremely diligent and professional. A real gem of a company! Puts many others to shame.
