When I put on an appliance such as the electric shower or dishwasher my lights dim, or if I am using my electric oven and I put on the extractor fan then the oven doesn't heat up properly .

    I would strongly suggest you have a detailed eicr carried out (electrical instillation condition report) as that seems to be a serious fault

I have a number of leads I need to request a refund for. However, since the app had been updated on my phone it appears to be impossible to do this. How can I request a refund ?

    You need to report the lead itself and choose an option as to why you couldn't go forward Customer not going ahead job all ready done etc, then they contact the customer and approve it
