The tradesman came over promptly and gave us a fair and realistic solution for the problem. He was very honest and explained the complexity of what we are dealing with. Fence has collapsed, no screw was put at the neibough's side, At the time of installating the fence neibough gave permission and left his side gate open for our use. R.: Dear Rose, Good morning, unfortunately no body put screws at neigbours side, because you can not go through neighbour. How many years you,ve had this fence.
