Started job 4 months ago and hasn't finished it yet. We've had to chase him constantly, so unprofessional. His workmen are great though.

David did a fantastic job and was always a pleasure to deal with. The garage conversion was done to a high standard and the downstairs cloakroom looks great. David even added some nice finishing touches that were not part of the original brief. Overcame some material supply challenges in the face of the pandemic. Overall would recommend 100%.

Brilliant. Can't recommend David enough: not only was his quote extremely good value, but he did the job quickly and was extremely professional, even taking the cat flap away with him to the glaziers for spot-on measurements. Very friendly and explained everything along the way. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

How to repair a crack in a Polycarbonate sheet. The crack is approximately 10 inches long.

  • David Wright's Answer
    Thu 11 Jun 2020 16:55pm

The sheet will need replacing however you can use a good sealer such as CT1 to carry out a temporary repair or even use the sealer to sandwich a piece of window fitters trim on top of the damaged area until the sheet can be replaced.

Christine Lewis's question

I've got 2 concrete fence posts which are loose, so I'm having problems opening my gates. I think they need digging out and resetting.

  • David Wright's Answer

If the posts are loose they would need resetting in concrete, they may also be rotten at the bottom in which case new posts would need to be installed. If there is a minimal movement you may e able to adjust the hinges.
