The £20 cost from this site was passed on, but as it was a small job I can understand that. Very flexible with the time of attendance to fit around my schedule.

Everything was spot on. Turned up on time, very knowledgable, and did a great job of installing new lighting. Even gave me advice on improvements I could make in the future. I would highly recommend.

Let down badly after agreeing price for work and date , Promised to complete work on this coming Saturday which was his suggestion, then could not complete as promised due to other commitments.
Very , very poor.
Told the guy I had been offered tickets for rugby for my 30th present as a gift. All way through he said he was flexible and would work around us this was not true. We even got storage heaters and charged them up and now have take back. This as been nothing but burden to us and can’t understand how Phil can be so aggrieved

Was told initially work could be completed early in week, this changed then to Wednesday as heaters had to be ordered.
Asked for Thursday, agreed to Saturday am at RB request.
Informed day before could not do , understood it was just a couple of hours work , stated again could not do Saturday morning early.
Asked for Sunday again could not do.
As this work was required for a 87 year olds flat and we would be away on holidays for a fortnight chose to cancel.

Ye so we hardly let you down if we tried always to reorganise and you cancelled especially as didn’t even offer deposit and we had front up over 1000 pounds worth kit without even meeting you. Lesson learned for future I suppose

If you get a second quote from a company failing to disclose their firms name, suggest you ring ratedpeople who will deal with this.

Not sure what on about have asked you to explain but nothing. I find it funny still going on about this maybe do what others do and pay a deposit and we could done job sooner to accommodate you

Though you failed to disclose your company name in texts.

Failed to turn up , did not answer texts or calls.

Would definitely have them again, they were very helpful and fixed one of our lights when they came to quote the job.
Price was slightly more than original quote, but that was because they had extra work to do, but still came in cheaper than other quotes we had.

Not a positive experience - In the end have found an alternative electrician to finish off the work.
They pass on the Rated charge - so in effect your paying for the generated business.
This appears to be a fairly disorganised business - cram in the jobs and rush through them.
The rating is reflective of 2 light switches not being completed as quoted for - also being left with no lighting in the living room for over a week while I waited for them to return to complete the job.
In sorry I think this is totally unfair rating. Waited a week because you was working we wanted to come back sooner. We couldn’t wire up the switches as you was told it was wired incorrectly and dangerously, sorry you welfare meant more than a pretty switch. We tried all ways to come sooner but you couldn’t accommodate so not much else we could do. If you are bit bitter about it take up with the electrician who given you a certificate because that house needs re looking at. Cheers
